Once in awhile, well actually quite often, I’m not sure where to start or what to make. But I’ve found that my scratch paper or desk blotters can be perfect little works of art, with just a strategically placed stamp of color and texture.
- Poppy Stamen
- Dandelion Puff
- Dots
- Black Glossy Postcard
- Color Sponges
- Pigment Ink – Black
- Mica Gloss Ink – Gold, Aquamarine, Ice Blue, Copper, Purple, and Pearl
- Embossing Powder – Detail Black, Opaque White
- White Card Stock
- Inchie Square
- Black Square Notecard
- Embossing Heat Tool
- Shake Mica Gloss™ ink bottle extremely well.
- Apply approximately 5 drops of Pearl Mica Gloss™ and 2 drops of Purple to a Color Sponge and apply to the Black glossy postcard.
- To speed up drying, heat with heat tool.
- Repeat 5-7 drops of a different color of Mica Gloss™ ink to a Color Sponge, and apply to the Dandelion Puff stamp.
- Stamp randomly over the entire surface of the Black Glossy postcard.
- Repeat with using each color of Mica Gloss inks.
- Dry completely.
- Stamp the Dots rubber stamp with Pearl Mica Gloss ink and emboss with Opaque White embossing powder.
- Stamp and emboss Poppy Stamen with black pigment ink and detail black embossing powder onto the Inchie square.
- Assemble the card by adhering and layering as shown.
